Our Services

Day-to-day administration

  • Operate an interest-bearing bank account for the body corporate.
  • Maintain a Register of Proprietors.
  • Manage payment of body corporate expenses.
  • Arrange maintenance of common property – regular contracts and one-off contracts.
  • Liaise with third parties on behalf of the body corporate.
  • Liaise with committee about general business.
  • Assist committee to enforce compliance of body corporate rules.
  • Conflict resolution (assist in resolving conflict between body corporate owners and residents).

Annually (or as required)

  • Manage collection of levies (and debt) from owners.
  • Prepare annual financial accounts.
  • Prepare annual budgets prior to the AGM (Annual General Meeting).
  • Organise, convene and prepare minutes for meetings.
  • Arrange annual Reinstatement Valuation Certificate and insurance valuation.
  • Co-ordinate audit of financial statements as required.
  • Operate sinking fund for future major common area maintenance.

Other

  • Set up and registration of new bodies corporate.
  • Prepare “Section 36” Certificate on sale of a unit(s).
